New chicks here at the farm
We use our feeders with our new chicks. They spill more then we like but this only happens until they get big enough that the chicks cannot climb into the ports. We have had a few stubborn chicks that like to camp out in side the feed ports not allowing the others access.
We recommend waiting a few weeks before introducing the bucket feeder to chicks. We still use the trough style feeders for the first few weeks
